Please review before booking:

• I’ll agree in writing (email to the address provided below) to confirm whether or not I can take on your request.

• Once agreed, I’ll send an invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit, this is required before I begin painting. The remaining balance is due in full before shipping or collection.

• All sales are final. Each portrait is a custom, original artwork.

• I work in oils, alla prima (direct painting). This means no revisions or changes are offered once the painting is complete — your portrait is my unique interpretation of your pet and sometimes this can mean having stylistic elements that appear painterly and unfinished. (The painting is not a photograph and will not always appear like for like to the source image provided).

• Please upload 2–3 clear, high-quality photos. We’ll work together to agree on the best source image for the painting before I begin. If your photos aren’t suitable, I’ll let you know.

• Turnaround is typically ~ 3 weeks from when I receive your deposit and and agree the source photo.

• Shipping (if required) is billed separately before I send it. Local pickup is free.

• I may share images of finished portraits on my website or social media. Please let me know if you prefer privacy.

• I reserve the right to decline any portrait request and should this be the case, I’ll let you know in writing to the email address provided below.
